Prepare the bon bon sauce by mixing in a basin the sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt , soya sauce, ginger, sugar, red chilly paste, crushed pepper corns and the spring onions. Arrange the chicken pieces in a bowl. surround with the cucumber pieces.
