  1. Put milk in a pan and boil it. After 5 mins put curd and lemon juice in it.
  2. Stir it till milk curdle. Now put the curdled milk in a muslin cloth. Paneer ready. Wash it with cold water.
  3. Hang it for 1 hour to remove extra water for it.
  4. Take pan pour sugar and water in it on low flame.
  5. Now mash the paneer 5-10 minutes and make a soft dough. Make small balls of it.put all balls into boiling sugar syrup. Cover it with a lid.
  6. For 10-15 minutes. As soon as balls float up and get double in size rasgulla is ready.
  7. Take these ball out and pour them into chilled water.
  8. Again put them into chilled sugar syrup. Ready to eat.
