Steps to make Quick & Easy Herb Fish Fillet:
  1. Deforst frozen fillet rinse and pat dry. cut into 3 to 4 pieces
  2. Throw in all the seasonings with cornstarch in a plastic food bag. And shake well.
  3. Then throw in the fillet and shake well so its coats thinly in all the fillet.
  4. Shallow Oil in the pan, High Med Heat and wait until its hot.
  5. Throw in the fillet and leave it in pan for 4~5 mins on one side. Do not flip until its golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook on the other side and cook for another 4 mins. You can feel theres a crisps on the top of the fillet. Can taste and see if its cooked, if want it more crispy cook longer, but avoid burning. When ok take it out and rest for 1 min.

  8. Since im lazy i just Serve with chopped tomatoes on the side. Done!
