  4. Add in the evaporated milk and the cheese and stir to mix until sauce thickens (this will happen very quickly). You don’t want the sauce too thick otherwise it will not spread well over the vegetables
  5. NOTE: If sauce becomes too thick, add a tbls of warm milk until you reach desired consistency
  6. Immediately remove from heat and pour over vegetables. Make sure everything is well coated with the sauce
  7. In a pre-heated oven, bake the cheese-bake under 180 degrees (Celsius) for 45-50 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool down before serving, but serve warm
