  4. Knead a soft dough and make lemon size balls. Grease a steamer and steam for 10 mins. Set aside
  5. In a wok heat oil and add mustard seeds, whole red chilli, cumin seeds, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, curry leaves and keep stirring. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and add cashew nuts.
  6. Add the steamed Sooji Balls and smear all the spices into the Balls. Set aside
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander and lime juice and enjoy
