- In the remaining oil sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.Add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli powder,tomato puree, salt and sugar to taste and toss.
- Add the fish and 1 cup water.Boil till masala coats fish and a semi liquid gravy remains.Sprinkle garam masala.Garnish with slit green chillies and chopped coriander.Serve with rice.
