  5. Ab gravy taeyar krne ke liye pot mein oil lein aur bareek pyaz cut kar ke dark brown krlen phr usme sabut garam masala tez pat pata aur ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoone ke oil ajae
  6. Ab tomato puree dalen aur phr dry and roasted masale dal lein
  7. Jab oil ane lage tou yougurt ko phent kar dal dein aur khub bhune chahen tou bech bech mein pani dal dal kar bhunai karein q ke jitni achi bhunai hogi itna acha gravy bnega aur colour b aega
  8. Jab oil upar ajae tou 4 glass pani dal kar aik boil dein aur boil ane ke bd kofte dal dein
  9. Kofte dalne ke 10 mins tak chamach ny chalana hy salan mein aur pot ko pakr kar shake krna hy par chamach bilkl b ny chalana stove ko medium anch par rakh kar 10 mins ke liye rakh dengn
  10. 10 mins bd anch medium low kar ke chamach chala kar kofton ko dkhegn aur 15 mins ke liye phr rakh dengn dhakan dhak kar
  11. After 15 mins kofte check krne ke bd hara dhaniya and hari mirch and tora sa garam masala powder se garnish kar ke 5 mins ke liye dhakan dhak dengn aur phr dish out krlegn

  13. Mere pas Kashmiri lal mirch ny ti par agr apke pas hy tou ap balls and gravy mein add krsakte hain
